SHIPPING:
 
Orders placed online at Gourmac.com will ship out within one week, if not sooner. Please account for time in transit.

You will be emailed with tracking information when your order ships.

All products are shipped via Ground.
Expedited delivery is not available at this time.
 
Continental USA...... flat rate shipping of $5.95 via UPS SurePost or FedEx SmartPost. Free shipping on orders above $49.99.
ALASKA & HAWAII.... flat rate shipping of $8.95 via First Class Mail
CANADA...........flat rate shipping of $23.95 via First Class International Mail

Please make sure your address information is accurate and complete. If the address is incomplete it may delay receipt of the package and you will be charged a fee to correct the address (even if only the apartment or suite number is missing). If a package is returned to due to an incorrect address, you will be charged to have the package resent to you.

BACKORDERS:
We do our best to ship all orders complete. Occasionally, however, an item will be out of stock and placed on backorder. Any backordered item will be noted on your Packing List and will ship out to you as soon as it is back in stock. Backorders will be shipped at no additional charge. Sorry, but we cannot accept orders of additional items to ship with the backorder.

RETURN POLICY:
We want you to be thrilled with the products you purchase from Gourmac. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days, provided it is in the original packaging and in NEW condition. We will credit your charge account for the cost of the item. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Should you choose to make a return, it is very important that you follow these instructions:

All merchandise for return requires a Return Authorization Number (RAN). To receive the RAN and Ship-to Address, please email returns@gourmac.com. Please include your name, order number and name of the product you wish to return. To help us improve our service, please let us know your reason for return. An RAN must be obtained before returning any item, otherwise it will not be accepted.

Gourmac is not responsible for shipping charges on returns. We recommend that you insure the package and require a signature upon receipt. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any credits issued if the merchandise is not returned in the original packaging and in new condition. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
